What areas do you serve?+
We are based in Kempton Park and serve the entire Gauteng province — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Ekurhuleni, and airport transfers to OR Tambo and Lanseria.
What kinds of wheelchairs can you transport?+
Manual, powered/electric, bariatric, and mobility scooters. Our vehicles have a hydraulic lift with 350kg safe working load and four-point restraints.
Can a family member or carer travel with me?+
Yes. One companion or carer travels free with every passenger.
How do I pay?+
A 20% deposit is taken when your booking is confirmed. The balance is settled after the trip using the fare calculated from actual GPS distance and time.
Do you handle medical-aid or corporate accounts?+
Yes. We work with medical aids, hospitals, and corporate clients on retainer, contract, and scheme bookings with consolidated monthly invoicing. See our Corporate page.
How far in advance should I book?+
For scheduled rides (dialysis, appointments, airport) we recommend 24 hours in advance. Same-day and urgent bookings are subject to availability — call us.
Is the driver trained in patient handling?+
All drivers complete training in safe transfers, wheelchair securement, and basic first-aid before working with passengers.
Can I track my ride?+
Yes. Once your ride is dispatched you receive a secure live-tracking link, and can share it with family.
